GAIN and TIBFI Seals Partnership to Promote International Standards in Communication, Digital Proficiency

With the aim to commemorate and expand the enduring relationship between Government Academe Industry Network (GAIN) and Tourism Industry Board Foundation Inc. (TIBFI), the two organizations sealed their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last September 28.
 
The MoU focuses on several Areas of Collaboration, particularly the significance of Proficiency in English Communication Skills as it is the language of Tourism, from attracting international visitors, delivering memorable experiences, and collaborating with different stakeholders. Likewise, Digital Competencies are important particularly in the new technology-driven normal. GAIN and TIBFI agreed to collaborate in promoting awareness of the need for international standards in communications and digital proficiency for global competitiveness of Filipinos to its various networks.
