 Virtual MoU Signing between Government-Academe-Industry Network Inc. (GAIN) and Association of Local Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA) GAIN signs with ALCUCOA to strengthen academe ties for global competitiveness The Government-Academe-Industry-Network Inc. (GAIN) and Philippine Association of Colleges and Association of Local Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA) have entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) through a virtual signing ceremony. The event celebrated the enduring partnership and expanded reciprocal relationships between GAIN and ALCUCOA to implement roadmaps and strategies to enhance the global competitiveness of Philippine graduates and further the employability of the Philippine workforce. The agreement between the institutions encourages an environment of mutual collaboration through professional development, the scholarship of teaching and learning, and joint research and innovation activities.
