Identify mutually reinforcing linkages and partnerships among government, academe and industry representatives that will ensure global competitiveness and enhance human capital development;
Motivate conference delegates and representatives to enter into project partnerships, memoranda of understanding (MOUs) and other similar initiatives that will support capacity-building efforts across professional disciplines for a Smart City Network;
Promote and prioritize conversations on the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders to guarantee implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects that improve global competitiveness and enhance human capital development;
Adopt international standards and certifications that would enhance global competitiveness and human capital development;
Create new opportunities for technological and digital solutions to enhance quality and accessibility of services to improve capacity-building efforts among government, academe and industry linkages and partnerships;
Talk about and deliberate talent roadmaps to ensure that graduates and the existing workforce are adequately prepared for the Jobs of 2030, including the ITBPM Roadmap, CHED Global Competitiveness Roadmap, and the proposed National Education Roadmap Bill.
